For samples:
We will charge the samples first, after that if you have the orders with us, we will deduct the sample cost
from the order amount.
For orders:
We need to receive 30% deposit for your order before production. Before mass goods, we will send the
PP samples for your confirmation. Before shipment pls send the rest payment to us.
After-sales service:
One year warranty. If customer have complaint, we will handle the questions separately. If the problems
from us, wewill repair/rework/replace the defective goods in free of charge. If the problems from customers,
the customers need to bear the repair/rework charges and shipment charges.
